15+ years ago a marketing assistant and a marketing analyst met in corporate America. Together they teamed on project after project, quickly proving their business and marketing acumen to everyone around them. But, like all great things, this dynamic corporate team had to come to an end when they realized that all those work synergies would also make the perfect team at home. Fast forward to 11 years married, 2 daughters in tow, 2 successful
marketing careers, and McClain Group was born!
Katie, a lifelong resident of the North Shore, was born and raised in Beverly Farms and now resides in Wenham, where she and her husband Todd are raising their two daughters. She has very deep roots and is actively involved in the community she calls home, both in Beverly Farms and Wenham. She is a former board member for the Hastings House in Beverly Farms, an active member and previous council member of the Hamilton Wenham Mother's Club and is involved in various school committees in Hamilton Wenham. Having lived on the North Shore her entire life, she has extensive knowledge of all the local Cape Ann communities and what it's like to live and raise a family here.
As a lifelong resident and having personally bought and sold multiple homes on the North Shore, as well as helping her clients as both buyers and sellers, Katie has deep knowledge of the local Cape Ann communities and real estate market. Katie is all about relationships and meeting her client's goals. When you combine that along with her personal experience of raising a family on the North Shore, she is a tremendous asset to any client looking to buy and/or sell a home in any one of the local communities.
Originally from New York, Todd experienced the wonders of a 4th of July and summer in Beverly Farms, and re-located to the North Shore in 2005. Todd and Katie have owned multiple homes in Beverly and Wenham and have an extensive knowledge of the area, the school systems, and surrounding communities.
Along with his knowledge of living on the North Shore, Todd brings 20 years of sales & marketing, data driven decision making, and business experience to the real estate realm. Having served the past in executive management positions at publicly traded companies Vistaprint, Trip Advisor, and Gartner, he has extensive knowledge of what it takes to market and run a business, negotiate a deal, and ensure goals are hit to their maximum potential.
Todd's obsessive attention to detail, his ability to overcome obstacles, and his business experience are the key drivers that will successfully and seamlessly support clients selling and/or buying their next home.
